Sunday Early Morning: Run 18 miles
Sunday Mid Morning: Ponder my own sanity
Sunday Mid-Mid Morning: Church/Lunch w/ Nana
Sunday Afternoon: Snoring at either Nana's or My house
Sunday Evening: Kids back home and I sit and let them attack me, as I will be defenseless.
