...Phong is Ringing

Hypothetical:

....if someone's cell phone dies and they just happen to have their charger on them and are in a public place, is it illegal to plug into an electrical socket and charge up?

I snuck a pic of culprit in action.Shhh......

Reference to the title.

I used to do this all the time since my cars do not charge my phone, iTouch and laptop unless the engine is running. HOWEVER...I have this battery back-up that stores juice for when my iTouch/BlackBerry dies.

BTW...HandHeldItems.com is the best place to buy, at deeeeeepppp discounts, everything you need for hand held items. Every charger, screen protector, skin, case, gizmo I have ever purchased from them has been perfect and more than 1/2 the price of the stuff you buy in stores. We buy in bulk, wall/car chargers and usb iTouch/Blackberry cords due to the fact my Mr. leaves them in hotel rooms, offices and rental cars.
How freakin' difficult is it for a person to unplug the charger from the wall/car and put it in the suitcase/backpack when he unplugs his device from the charger?...
