Actually, it does. Not in an all-in-one app, but in several specialized apps that give more detail and work with more success than Google Goggles. My brother tried showing that app off to me and he tried taking a pic of several major logos (Coca-Cola, Dr. Pepper, Yahoo!, etc, etc.) and it kept asking for a better pic or one with more information.
